As an international fashion destination, our designers and customers are spotted across the globe. We leave shipping costs (or lack thereof) to the discretion of our designers, to ensure everyone gets the best possible price.

5. If I Have a Complaint About a Designer, What Can I Do?

While we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, we understand things don’t always go according to plan.

Please direct any disputes, complaints or compliments about designers to our Head Office, via the Contact Us page.

6. How Can I Return or Exchange Merchandise?

Whether the fit isn’t quite right or the garment doesn’t look exactly how you imagined, we’re more than happy to organize an exchange or refund.

7. What Should I Do If I Have Forgotten My Password?

That’s no problem at all. To re-set your password simply follow the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the ‘Sign In’ page. 

8.  How Can I Pay? accepts most payment methods including most credit card, debit cards; comprising Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB and Paypal. 10. Can I Cancel An Order?

Yes, that’s no problem, we can accept a cancellation. Please inform us if for any reason you need to cancel your order by clicking here.

However if your order has already been processed, we have no way of stopping its dispatch to you. You will of course be able to return the item/s once they arrive with you.

11. Will I Be Liable For Any Taxes On My Purchase? are pleased to ship internationally. If import delivery duties apply to your country, you may be required to pay import duties upon receipt of your order, depending on the customs authority where you live.

12. I Have Only Received Part of My Order

If your order comprises of items from different designers, your order may be sent in separate packages. Please contact our Customer Services who will be able to advise you further.

13. Which Countries Do You Ship To?

Currently is delighted to deliver to any worldwide destination covered by DHL, Express or UPS facilities.

14. Will I Need To Sign For My Order?

Yes, to ensure the safety of your parcel, we require a signature upon arrival at the desired delivery address.

15. When Can I Expect My Refund?

If you have returned your order to us, we will process this and payment will then be refunded to you within 14 working days. Please note: any Shipping Costs you incurred cannot be refunded, unless your item/s are faulty.
