In General

We understand that garments may not always fit or look exactly as you imagined. 

At Fresh Fashion Design you can shop with confidence, we have made it easy to return an item and ask that you please acquaint yourself with our policy details below:

How to Make a Return

Regardless of the reason, merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date,  provided the garment(s) have not been worn or altered, and the original tags and labels are still attached.

To process your return, we ask that you log into your account at: and register for a ‘Returns Merchandise Authorization’ (RMA) number. This will help us track your order.

You will need to request this ‘Returns Merchandise Authorization’ (RMA) number within 10 days from the delivery date.

Once you have obtained this RMA number you will be able to securely re-package your item and send it back. Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping fees on returns and exchanges. You are responsible for all postage costs and handling fees.

The returns address will vary depending on which “Brand Partner” the order originated from, so please check this when logging into your account or see the dispatch note delivered with your order.

To confirm, returned items must comply with the following conditions:

▪     Items are in their original packaging (boxes, dust bags, etc)

▪     Items are unused and unworn

▪     Items are unwashed and unmarked

▪     Items have not been damaged in any way

▪     All original designer garment tags are still attached

▪     Items will be returned to the instructed return address

Once We Have Received Your Return

 Any due refund amounts will be credited to the original payment method within 14 working days from receipt of item(s). Please note: any shipping costs you incurred cannot be refunded, unless your item(s) are faulty.

You will receive a credit for the full price of your product purchase, including tax and duties, which will be refunded directly to your credit card or other payment method.

All return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund or credit of any items returned in accordance with the Returns Policy.

Faulty Goods

If an item or items are returned because it was shipped with defects, we will work with our “Brand Partners” to replace the item without additional shipping fees.

Reward Points

Reward points collected from a returned sale will be deducted from your account when your return is processed.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer at their expense.

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept a return or exchange on any pierced earrings or intimate clothing items including bras and lingeries.

Plus the following items are also non-transferable and non-refundable:

▪     Customized products

▪     Returns in damaged or worn condition

▪     Free gifts

▪     Items marked “Final Sale”

▪     Shoes that have been worn on surfaces other than carpet


All swimwear must be tried on over undergarments and the hygiene strip must not be removed.


As our stock rotates so rapidly, Fresh Fashion Deign is unable to offer exchanges.

We recommend that you check each “Brand Partners” individual Returns & Exchanges policy directly, as certain "Brand Partners" may be able to accommodate an exchange. You could also discover they offer free postage on returns or exchanges.

Fresh Fashion Design leaves these arrangements to the discretion of our individual “Brand Partners”, designers, labels and boutiques.
