Good News! Many of our designers offering free shipping.

How is Shipping Handled?

Designers determine their own shipping policies and methods, and each one decides where and how they ship their products. This information should be clearly stated on each Store Policies page.

This includes additional fees for expedited shipping, insurance, etc. All shipping rates should be based on where merchandise is shipped from, where it is being shipped to, how it is being shipped, and through which shipping service (UPS, Fedex or USPS).You will receive a confirmation email informing you that your item/s have been shipped. Please check your spam if this hasn't arrived.

Please allow 3-5 working days on receipt of the confirmation designer email (see above) for your item to arrive.

For items made to order delivery times will vary and unless otherwise stated these items are non-refundable. Some brands offer a made to order service and delivery times can vary on these items.

Please refer to the individual brands for these times, made to order items are listed in their individual product descriptions.

How is Shipping Tracked?

We do require ALL Designers who sell their products on to use tracking when shipping to customers.
